What is a comfort zone?
We’re finding and regaining our confidence, self worth and self esteem through taking ourselves out of our comfort zone. You now need to believe in yourself to achieve your own goal. The goal has been made by you. It’s there to fulfil your own wants and needs. You’ve been on the journey. You battled through the fear zone and you’ve taken onboard so much in the learning zone. GUEST BLOG: Finding your confidence
5. Learn how to motivate yourself.
Strong confidence comes from the ability to achieve your goals and knowing that you can do things that you put your mind to. Achieving goals largely comes from the ability to stay motivated. We all know it's easier to put things off, procrastinate, and invent excuses for not applying ourselves. If this is you, set yourself up to be successful each day. Come up with a few daily activities that will improve your life and also provide a sense of accomplishment.
For example, you might decide to read a certain number of pages in a book each night, or exercise for 45 minutes each morning. Perhaps you want to take part in a Be Bold Be You photoshoot! If that's the case, how can you set yourself up to make that possible?
Stick with your plan and you'll begin to trust yourself to follow through.
